ROOTED IN is to stem from or originate in something. What is the true meaning of community? COMMUNITY is defined as a group of people with a common characteristic or interest living together within a larger society. Those common characteristics could be faith, family, geography, life stage or race. It can also be an overlapping interest, passion, or profession.
But for a group of people to form a true community that enriches the lives of its community members, the community members involved must also feel a shared sense of CARING FOR ONE ANOTHER, CONNECTION AND TRUST.
Participating in a community bonded by attitudes, goals and values is an essential ingredient to enjoying a fulfilling LIFE.
